Another Chance to Discuss What's Proposed

A proposition to end Hudson's existing weighted vote system and redraw the ward boundaries to create five wards of equal population will be a referendum question on the ballot in November. This week, the Fair & Equal campaign offers another opportunity to learn about the problems inherent in the existing system and the changes being proposed. Another in a series of community conversations will take place on Thursday, August 18, at 6 p.m., at the Hudson Youth Center, 18 South Third Street. A brief presentation followed by time for everyone to ask questions and voice concerns.
